Leadership Essentials Week 5 Forum Discussion: Communication Principles Copy
Compose a forum post that includes:
- A description of a communication problem that you have experienced or might experience in your ministry (Note: Do not provide the solution or the outcome of the situation in this post.)
- Any information that would give insight or information to help solve the problem such as personality traits of the individuals involved, background information about the situation, etc.
Your forum post should be 300-400 words.
Due: This needs to be done by Friday at 11:55 pm Central Time.
Critically read the communication problems in the initial forum posts. Think about the course content and your experience. Choose two issues that you think you might be able to help resolve. Write responses in the forum to two other students’ posts describing how you would deal with two of these communication issues.
Be sure to answer any questions that other students ask you about your communication issue and follow each conversation to a logical conclusion. You may agree or disagree with the other participants’ solutions. If so, give specific reasons or examples as to why you agree or disagree with what they have written. Providing references to the course content is required in at least two of the follow up posts. Use the CMI citation guide – found in the Course Planning Documents section of the course – to properly cite your sources.
Each of your two responses should be 150-200 words.
