Age Group Characteristics Interview Assignment

You will have the opportunity to interview children (by telephone, a video conferencing platform, or some other means) using the downloadable/fillable questionnaires provided on cefcmi.com.

1. You are required to interview two children from the 3-5 age group. (Required answers: 18 of the 25 listed.) If you cannot complete the questions with the child, another child should be chosen to fulfill the requirements.
2. You are required to interview two children from the 6-11 age group. (Required answers: 28 of the 40 listed.) If you cannot complete the questions with the child, another child should be chosen to fulfill the requirements.
3. Be sure to secure parental permission before conducting the interviews.
4. Following the interview process, write a one-page (double-spaced) summary of your interviews, noting how your findings were similar or dissimilar to the age group characteristics you learned through your reading and classroom instruction.
