Thank you for agreeing to be a proctor a Children’s Ministries Institute® online student! This course will give you step by step instructions to confirm your willingness to serve in this capacity and give you access to more detailed practicum information.

Please take some time now to read the Instructor Information, Proctor Agreement, Proctor/Practicum Information, and Party Club Location sections as they contain information you need right away.

There is a Proctor Agreement form that should be submitted by Tuesday, January 12, 2021 when the student’s course begins. Please be sure to follow the directions and fill out and submit the form as soon as possible.

Be aware that CEF has recently made some curriculum changes. Some of these changes are in the invitation and counseling, but other changes are included as well. Please watch the videos included in this course carefully so that you will be able to assist the students in implementing these changes as they teach.

The other link (Party Club Observation) will provide further instructions and forms needed for proctoring the student’s practicum. Please read through this information so that you understand your role as a proctor during the Party Club.
