Age Group Characteristics Interview Assignment
You will have the opportunity to interview children (by telephone, a video conferencing platform, or some other means) using the downloadable/fillable questionnaires provided on cefcmi.com.
- You are required to interview two children from the 3-5 age group. (Required answers: 18 of the 25 listed.) If you cannot complete the questions with the child, another child should be chosen to fulfill the requirements.
- You are required to interview two children from the 6-11 age group. (Required answers: 28 of the 40 listed.) If you cannot complete the questions with the child, another child should be chosen to fulfill the requirements.
- Be sure to secure parental permission before conducting the interviews.
- Following the interview process, write a one-page (double-spaced) summary of your interviews, noting how your findings were similar or dissimilar to the age group characteristics you learned through your reading and classroom instruction.
