This eight-week course is focused on the student as a leader who is constantly growing and maturing in his or her walk with the Lord and with others. The course examines biblical principles for leadership and the personal qualities essential in the life of a good leader. Students will gain insights into the behavioral patterns that shape their leadership styles. Emphasis is placed on interpersonal relationships, conflict management, and the communication skills necessary for effective ministry.

All students must order their own course materials. You need to place your order early enough to allow time for your order to be delivered to you before the course begins. USA students please allow two weeks for processing and shipping. International students please allow four-six weeks for processing and shipping.
