Understanding Today’s Child Week 3 Forum Discussion: Research (Ages 3-5)

Locate at least two books or quality articles (online or in periodicals) that focus on the behavior, characteristics, and/or age-appropriate teaching techniques for children in the 3-5 age group. Share your findings in a 350-500 word forum post. Include bibliography information at the bottom of your forum post for each source and use in-text citations when referencing sources. (See the Citation Guide found in the How to Write a Paper section of this course for bibliography and in-text citation guidelines.)

After completing your research, post your findings (350-500 words) in the Week 3 Forum Discussion by Friday at 11:55 PM (Central Time).

Return to the Week 3 Forum (via the link at the bottom of this page) after Friday, and respond (150-200 words) to at least two posts written by your classmates. Include at least two references to course content in your responses.

Your responses (150-200 words each, including references to course content) need to be posted to the Week 3 Forum by 11:55 PM Monday (Central Time).
